Sometimes an aircraft on AeroHub Radar or AeroHub Photos shows a photo that does not belong to it, or a photo has the wrong registration, aircraft type, airline or livery. Our screeners check every photo, but mistakes can still happen. Thank you for helping us keep the information correct!
What can be wrong?
- The photo shows a different aircraft than the one on the card (for example, the card is for an A320, but the photo shows a 737).
- The registration on the photo is not the same as the registration of the aircraft.
- The airline or the livery in the photo is not the one written in the information.
- The photo appears on the wrong airport.
How do I report it?
1. Open the Contact page.
2. Choose General Support as the department.
3. In the message, tell us:
- Where you saw the problem: on AeroHub Radar (on an aircraft or airport card) or on AeroHub Photos.
- The registration of the aircraft, for example CS-TVA.
- The link to the photo on AeroHub Photos. To get it, open the photo and copy the address from your browser.
- What is wrong, and what the correct information is.
4. If you can, add how you know the correct information, for example "the registration is visible on the aircraft in the photo".
5. Send the message. We will check it and correct the photo if needed. You will get an answer by email.
Is it your own photo?
If the mistake is in one of your own photos:
- If the photo is still waiting for review, open your profile, go to My Uploads, and use Edit information to correct it.
- If the photo was rejected for wrong information and shows the button Fix information, you can correct it yourself and send it back to the queue.
- If the photo is already approved, you cannot change it yourself. Please contact us with the link to the photo and the correct information.
How long does it take to fix?
We check every report by hand. Most corrections are done within a few days. After the correction, AeroHub Radar shows the updated information automatically. You do not need to do anything else.
Good to know
- AeroHub Radar chooses the photos for each aircraft automatically, using the registration, aircraft type and airline of the photos. When the information of a photo is corrected, the photo moves to the right aircraft. Read I uploaded a photo, why is it not showing on AeroHub Radar?
- Please report only real mistakes. If you just prefer another photo for an aircraft, the photos are chosen automatically and the same for everyone, so we cannot change them by hand.
