My flight is not showing on my Discord profile. What do I do?

When you fly in Infinite Flight, AeroHub Connector shows your flight on your Discord profile automatically. If it does not appear, go through this list. It solves almost every case.

Quick checklist

  1. The Discord desktop app is open on the same computer, and you are signed in. Discord in a web browser cannot show your flight.
  2. In Discord, open Settings, then Activity Privacy, and make sure sharing your activity is turned on.
  3. You are signed in to AeroHub Connector with your AeroHub Radar account, and your Infinite Flight account is linked (you can check it in the app, under Account).
  4. Your account has an AeroHub Connector licence. Discord Rich Presence needs a licence.
  5. You are flying on an Infinite Flight multiplayer server: Casual, Training or Expert. Solo flights are not shown.
  6. Close Discord completely (also from the system tray or menu bar) and open it again.

Discord was closed when the flight started

AeroHub Connector can open Discord for you as soon as a flight starts. In the app, open Settings and turn on "Open Discord automatically". You can use the Test button there to check that it works.

The flight shows, but late

Your status can take a few seconds to appear after you start a flight or after you open Discord. This is normal: Discord updates statuses on its side.

The status stays after I landed

When your flight ends, AeroHub Connector removes the status from Discord. If it stays, close and open Discord again.

Good to know

  • You do not need to connect your Discord account to AeroHub Connector. Your status goes through the Discord app that is open on your computer, so there is no Discord login and no permissions to give.
  • You can read more about Activity Privacy in the Discord help center.
  • There is also a troubleshooting guide in the AeroHub Connector tutorials.
